Description
During the school holidays we run our holiday clubs.
These are relaxed sessions where children can enjoy feeding and being around the animals and get hands on experience learning what it takes to look after them. During easter we usually have baby chicks and lambs* along with lots of other small furry creatures to see and hold.
In the afternoon we have forest school activities and plenty of fun and games, finishing the day toasting marshmallows and making smores around a campfire.
*Some years we do have lambs that require bottle feeding, but this isn’t a guaranteed experience!
The sessions usually run on Mondays and Tuesdays during the easter holidays, may half term, and the summer holidays, but please check the dates on our booking form below.
- The sessions start at 10am and run until 2pm
- We meet outside St Oswald’s church and head down the footpath as a group
- Children must bring a packed lunch, drinks and appropriate clothing (suncream and hats during the summer)
